How to activate Master Control panel shortcut, God Mode folder in Windows 8?

Windows Master Control panel shortcut also known as the God Mode is a hidden shortcut which you can activate for customizing different types of settings in Windows 8. By using Master Control panel, you can easily tweak any type of settings without opening Control Panel or without looking for any other options in your Windows computer.

Here are the steps to activate it:

1) Right click on the desktop and create a new folder by selecting New –> Folder.

2) Rename this folder to: MCP.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}.

After you have renamed the folder in the desktop it will look like:

Now, double click on the MCP folder you just created to open it. It will have various settings options for Action center, Add features to Windows, Administrative tools, AutoPlay, Color management, Credential manager, Date and Time, Default program, Device Manager, Devices and printers, Display, Ease of Access center, Family safety, File history, Folder options, Fonts, HomeGroup, Indexing options, Internet options, Keyboard, Language, Location Settings, Mouse, Network and sharing center, Notification area icons, Performance information and tools, Personalization, Phone and modem, Power Options, Programs and Features, Region, RemoteApp and desktop connections, Sound, Speech recognition, Storage spaces, Sync center, System, Taskbar, Troubleshooting, User Accounts, Windows Defender, Windows Firewall and Windows update all in one place.
